Commercial Office fit out for ZZ Capital

CAT B fit out for a venture capital company setting up a London Office. The floor has been split and refurbishment has been undertaken by the land lord to allow them to sublet.
We assisted in obtaining the licence to alter and finalisation of the contract and the contract documents.
Works involve relocating existing base build MEPH as well as installation of new M&E services to facilitate the tenant layout.
The contract includes all fit out works and finishes


Key project challenges:

Tight programme. Works must be complete within 7 weeks as ZZ Capital temporary accommodation expires.
Staff must be able to sit at an operational desk and PC on day one.
Working within a tenanted building under strict landlord rules.
