Structural re-modelling of existing high rise building to create enhanced lettable space.
Works consisted of significant structural modifications to entrances, column removal, forming sky lights, wholesale infrastructure replacement, lift refurbishment, WC refurbishment, fit out to CAT A on available floors and creation of a large cycle centre in the basement.
We are refurbishing all floors which were previously vacant on a rolling basis as leases expire
