Structural alterations to entrance and facades. Construction of new lift shaft and infill of an existing lightwell over three floors to create enhanced and additional areas to a 1920’s building in the St James conservation area.
Vacant office space to be fitted out to CAT A standard.
Wholesale replacement of M&E infrastructure including new and refurbished lifts.
Creation of retail space at ground floor level.



Maintaining live services during the works.
Maintaining access for retained tenants during construction works including access through the lightwell.
Planning and phasing of activities within the constraints of the locality
