Andrew Chisholm

Andrew earned his spurs in commercial project management and surveying at Edward Erdman and Partners, where he rose from Graduate Surveyor to Associate Director.

In 1994 he founded Chisholm Nurser and Partners, a business which grew from a year one turnover of £189,000 and three staff to a 160-strong nationwide consultancy practice boasting 11 offices and an annual turnover of £12 million.

Following the sale of the company to Land America in 2007, the new owners retained Andrew as European Managing Director.

The experience he gained from setting up and running a large consultancy and managing increasingly complex and valuable projects continues to prove invaluable.

Andrew has used his strong, dynamic leadership on a number of high-profile projects including the over-cladding and refurbishment of City Tower – a 23-storey office building – for Great Portland Estates; the full re-cladding and extension of The Met Building; and the construction of a new-build commercial mixed-use scheme on Sloane Street for Cadogan Estates.

Outside of work, Andrew juggles a family of five children with his sporting endeavours and passion for motorcycles. A keen tennis player, golfer and occasional endurance athlete, his fitness regime includes regular cycling trips into the Surrey Hills.
