Conversion of three triple-height retail units into a single ground floor unit, along with two ground and lower-ground floor units. The remaining area was reconfigured into a gym. The works entailed the creation of a new core with staircase and goods lift, alongside overseeing the fit out of units for prime tenants (Valentino, Armani, KX Gyms, and del Pozo).
