Facade retention scheme with full rebuild behind to create 30-bed hotel with ground floor reception and coffee shop, lower ground floor bar and rooftop restaurant. This required maintaining access for retained tenants on ground floor whilst working within a tight logistical site immediately adjacent to residential neighbours. We also managed the integration of the requirements of a French signature architect with the design team.
