CASE STUDY / THE GANTRY HOTEL
External - The Gantry comprises a 285 bedroom hotel over 18-storeys by Hilton Curio Collection and a 136 room long-stay hotel over 17-storeys by Adagio. The lower levels will be occupied by bars and restaurants with a stunning new sky-bar on the 18th floor. Concrete frame construction with curved fin façade to a tight site with basement levels.
Internal - Fit out from Shell and Core of the base build Hotel construction, £1.8m fit out for a coffee bar and artisan food and wine retail space to form part of the overall hotel. Fit Out completed under a Design and Build Contract.

CASE STUDY / CITY OF LONDON CLUB
The creation of 19 guest rooms in a private members' club through extension and conversion of the existing roof space and meeting room areas. As a Grade II Listed Building, this project requires the retention and relocation of large existing cast iron beams. These being of historical interest as one of the first recorded uses of such beams in a building. Alongside the logistical challenge of working on a busy, red-route road, the Club was kept operational throughout the works. Moreover, the scheme required us to manage and lead significant value engineering in order to meet the client’s budget.
