With more than 10 years’ experience of delivering four and five-star hotels in London, he has a wealth of practical knowledge that will be used to facilitate every stage of the process. An accomplished bilingual communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, Dorian forges strong relationships at all levels and will support, develop and motivate teams to meet challenging performance objectives.
Background: Prior to joining Capital and Provincial, Dorian was the Group Procurement and Project Manager for Nadler Hotels, a brand with an innovative concept in affordable luxury. He was a key player in the development team, identifying real estate to develop, furnish, staff and launch as hotels and manage as assets. Dorian participated in the process of analysing potential acquisitions, including feasibility and appraisal, and was instrumental in managing the construction and opening of several new hotels for the group, as well as overseeing ongoing refurbishment projects, the management of supplier relationships, the negotiation of contracts and management of budgets.
