Key Skills: Elliot has a wide foundation of knowledge of all the technical aspects of Building Surveying and is a competent AutoCAD and Revit user. He also holds a BTEC in Aviation Studies and is a CAA registered drone operator.
Role: Elliot works in all areas of the building surveying discipline, including pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, reinstatement cost assessments, measured surveys, and defects analysis. As a competent AutoCAD user, Elliot also regularly assists with producing planning drawings and licence plans. Elliot also embraces the use of drones to assist with building defects analysis.
Background: Elliot has four years of experience in the industry and holds a master’s degree in Building Surveying, in which he achieved a distinction and a Kingston University Revit Design Award in 2020. He is currently working towards his professional qualifications. Prior to joining Capital & Provincial, Elliot worked in Japan where he was responsible for the training and development of a team of senior high school English teachers based in Hiroshima City.
