Initial feasibility and development appraisal. We review and interrogate the development proposal and report on all aspects from the risk review, development and cost appraisal, programme, design, 3rd party, planning and regulatory issues etc.
Review of development risks. As a consultancy that acts as PM and QS on complex projects and has in house experience derived from contracting, development and consultancy we are well placed to review and highlight the risk issues that could affect the viability of the project.
Regular Monitoring Reports. Providing clear, regular and actionable advice.
Overseeing development drawdowns. Review and recommend drawdown submissions, including authorisation for payment.
Stepping in on behalf of funds to manage developments. Should the unfortunate happen and there is a default, we are well placed to step in and manage the project through to a successful completion.

C&P work for the funder for the development, transforming this iconic building into a 5 star hotel, several luxury apartments and a club. As well as monitoring the spending of the initial loan we have been closely involved with negotiations for a further loan as the project moves beyond through the groundworks and excavation phases and on towards the design and delivery of the fit out of the building.
