Holbein Place is a redevelopment and one storey extension of a 1980s office building off Sloane Square, creating 25,000 sq ft of modern office space constructed within the UKGBC’s net zero carbon buildings framework. 

The designs by Barr Gazetas, which revolves around retaining the existing four-storey structure, re-use of materials and the introduction of extensive greening. The result is a building with grreat ESG credentials including emissions 30% below industry levels.
