CASE STUDY / 1 SLOANE GARDENS

Facade retention scheme with full rebuild behind to create 30-bed hotel with ground floor reception and coffee shop, lower ground floor bar and rooftop restaurant. This required maintaining access for retained tenants on ground floor whilst working within a tight logistical site immediately adjacent to residential neighbours. We also managed the integration of the requirements of a French signature architect with the wider design team.

CASE STUDY / BEAVERBROOK HOUSE

C&P provided Project Management and FF&E Management services for the project.  Involving the near total demolition and reconstruction of the building to provide a bar, restaurant, private dining and 14 luxury bedrooms with the project completing in summer 2021.
