NADLER HOTEL - COVENT GARDEN
Major refurbishment of Walter House, a tight corner site bordering The Strand and Bedford Street, converting the existing building from office use to create a 56-bedroom boutique hotel. Our role included accommodating a change of primary client contact midway through the works. We also kept the ground floor Pret coffee shop operational throughout the programme of extensive and complex structural works above.
