Our in-house expertise covers a wealth of hotel development knowledge, ranging from the brand standard to the independent and boutique hotels. Our experience includes meaningful input to developers and hotel operators at any part of the project’s life cycle, including input to achieving planning, review of the development appraisal and design to ensure best possible RevPAR, input to brand development including interior design, and careful management of the time, cost, and quality deliverables of the construction.
In addition to project management, our roles have also included development management and shareholder representative roles in the various hotel schemes we have overseen. We also offer a full FF&E procurement and fit out service in house, in which we work closely with the operator and interior designer to produce and procure an FF&E design within budget and programme, fully managed by our procurement team with over 10 years of industry experience.
