The excavation of the double basement at the project for the Cadogan Estate is now well underway. This area will house a three screen Curzon cinema as well as plant rooms for this mixed development comprising 46 apartments, offices, public house, sky bar and retail units. The project which is due for completion in spring 2023 is being built by Wates Construction. The design team consists of PDPLondon, HPF and AKTII.
