After the strip out and demolition of all parts of the site with the exception of the façade of the old Curzon Cinema and the excavation of a triple depth basement to house a new cinema, two tower cranes have now been erected as work commences on the casting of the new concrete structure of this mixed use development for The Cadogan Estate.
The completed project will feature a large cinema, pub, flagship and supporting retail, commercial offices, rooftop bar and both market and key worker residential units. Other team members include Wates Construction, PDParchitects, structural engineers AKTII, services designers HPF Group and cost consultants TTPP.
