SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Key Skills: Robert is a strong, diligent and professional leader who is accustomed to working in challenging environments and overcoming unforeseen developments. His passion in formulating and delivering project objectives is echoed in his ability to confidently draft and present briefs. Alongside skills in managing and reporting on projects and personnel, Robert also has extensive experience in training and developing team members and junior personnel.
Role: Robert completes site checks to monitor progress, delivering regular project progress reports and associated meetings with clients. He also deals with matters arising from stakeholders, undertaking the client and professional team liaison whilst monitoring budget reports.
Background: Prior to work at Capital & Provincial, Robert worked on Tengizchevroil's Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP) which is a $37 billion USD major expansion of oil production at Tengiz, Kazakhstan. His role was to create, develop and continuously improve the onboarding process for all new hires from around the globe joining the project. More notable was Robert’s career within the HM forces where he served as a Royal Marines Commando for 10 years. During this time, he deployed around the globe on combat operations in Afghanistan, counter piracy & narcotic operations off the coast of Somalia and disaster relief operations in the Philippines after Typhoon Haiyan.
