QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Key Skills: Warwick is a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Building Surveying. He possesses strong construction knowledge, value engineering, cost management and communication skills. His optimistic approach complements his work within the fast-paced project delivery environment.
Role: Warwick is responsible for overseeing and managing all project costs to allow the client to see a clear journey of costs throughout the entirety of the project, whilst ensuring the project is feasible and works within the client's budgeted costs.
Background: Warwick worked as a Building Surveyor for 5 years whilst completing his BSc in Building Surveying, before moving across to become a Quantity Surveyor for C&P. Warwick has completed a foundation course in Quantity Surveying and is currently working towards his RICS chartership as a Quantity Surveyor.
