ELM YARD
Refurbishment of a dilapidated 1960’s property into an office building. This included structural alterations to form skylights into the basement and two sunken courtyards, working with unforeseen arrangement in the structure. We also completed a fit out to CAT A standard along with basement re-modification works. Our role included finding the balance between expenditure and improving the asset, whilst minimizing the impact of extensive client change during the contract period. We also overcame the challenge of working adjacent to large ITN news studio.
