CASE STUDY / LEINESTER GARDENS

Due diligence survey of a Grade II listed Victorian building comprising 5 interconnected buildings forming part of a larger terrace built in the mid 1850’s. The building comprises a 92 bedroom hotel with restaurant, bar, private club, meeting rooms and spa facilities arranged over lower ground, raised ground and five upper floors, measuring 39,773 sq ft GIA.

Management of a comprehensive back to frame refurbishment of a detached warehouse unit measuring 33,045 sqft to include for a new modern envelope and internal reconfiguration and modernisation.
