Works have now started on constructing the 110,000ft² building that will house a manufacturing facility for Oxford Instruments in Severn Beach near Bristol. The main structure will be completed in early 2022 with the technical fit out of the space being completed later that year allowing Oxford Instruments to move from their current base in Yatton. C&P are undertaking the roles of Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor.
