Remodelling of an existing 96-bed hotel to create 65 serviced hotel apartments. The design, planning permission and procurement were undertaken in 2019 for a Q1 2020 start. Along with working in a conservation area, challenges include insufficient incoming power and the poor condition of existing facade and internal floors.
