ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Key Skills: A commercially focused and driven project manager with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, Chris places emphasis on productivity through team collaboration and excellent communication. His outstanding skills in procurement and management of designers and contractors are key to overcoming risks and identifying opportunities for commercial benefit and successful project delivery.
Role: Chris is responsible for project delivery from conception to practical completion, identifying early risks whilst developing and maintaining team relationships for successful delivery. Chris project manages a portfolio of projects at any one-time including hotels, restaurants and private members' clubs.
Background: Prior to joining Capital and Provincial, Chris successfully ran his own environmental consultancy business for 11 years, before which he worked for RPS and VINCI Construction. Chris has specialist knowledge of environmental risk as well as large residential and infrastructure projects involving significant environmental groundworks engineering.
