Structural remodelling of existing high rise building to create enhanced lettable space. Works consisted of significant structural modifications to entrances, column removal, over cladding the entire building, forming sky lights, wholesale infrastructure replacement, lift refurbishment, WC refurbishment, fit out to CAT A on available floors and creation of a large cycle centre in the basement. Functioning services and access for retained tenants were maintained during construction works. Challenges included maintaining planning and phasing of activities within the constraints of the locality along with the incorporation of a large client change during the contract. As floors become available we continue to manage the Cat A / Cat B fit out ready for incoming tenants.
